Calling the Palestinian application to the UN unilateral, is latest absurdity coming out of PR departments. A uni-lateral move is Israel deciding to build a security fence, and deciding its pass without consulting anyone and completely ignore international accepted border of Israel, a unilateral move is to pass a low in the parliament to annex the Golan heights and east Jerusalem, despite such moves being illegal in international law, a uni-lateral move is to lay siege on Gaza without obtaining a UN security council resolution, the king of unilateral moves is Israel, The Palestinian move is not a uni-lateral move it is an international move, it is a legal move, it is the logical move when two sides can't reach an agreement over something, the sides take their case in front of a judge that has the authority on the matter, in this case the UN is the place to take international disputes, and ask for a resolution on the matter based on international laws.
