    keep dreaming, Shin Bet is Lord and Master in the occupied territories and will never allow outsiders to oversee them. Maybe they will agree with a 'committee of oversight' but they will make sure that this committee has zero influence and even less effect on the policy of cruel oppression that Shabak has had the last 45 years. It is just a matter of time until this report is burried. One week, two weeks? Maybe, not to insult all those 'dignitaries', they will talk about it for an entire month, and Bibi will even install a 'committe to implement the recommendations of the committee' and that committee will be headed by .... the dirctors of Shabak and the IDF leadership. They wil meet three times before they stop scheduling new committee meetings, using some stupid excuse. No, this report is doomed.....
