Where are 'human rights' involved in the case aside from the guy being involved in a blatant violation of the human rights of the victims? I assume Israel has every intention of trying the guy. He is a citizen of the occupied territories and subject to Israeli law. I no doubt the guy will be convicted and imprisoned. That there will be no government preventing the exercise of due process and justice. Therefore there is NO need for the International courts to be involved. You are clueless Joe. Your just upset no bleeding-heart has come to the thug's defense so you jest with a straw man.
