Perhaps if there was less corruption and bigotry and more tolerance and respect on the part of the Orthodox in Israel the secular would be more responsive to your pithy appeals. But don't expect any change when the average secular Israeli feels nothing but disgust for so-called Orthodox "values". Have you considered the effect of the Barzilai hospital affair, for example, on secular attitudes? At least on Saturdays we can walk in the malls without being attacked by Chabad missionaries, we can shop without being told what to eat and we can be in an environment that treats women as equals. Have some respect for our values !
