The Bedouin have to be relocated, they cannot be allowed to set up villages anywhere they please just because they believe they own the Negev or Ottaman Empire promises. Spending 6.8 billion to relocate ILLEGAL villages though is rediculous, they were built illegally so they should be demolished and let theBedouin find new homes at their own expense. This will not solve the illegal building problem, we will try and forcibly relocate these illegals probably unsuccesfully but then what happens when the next group comes along illegaly are we going to be paying them to go as well? We need to say here are some legala places to live build anywhere else without permission it will be torn down at your expense. The Bedouin like the city dwellers must obay the planning laws or suffer the consequenses. The Negev is part of a country now its no longer barren desert and the government wants to develop the Negev so if the Bedouin are in the way they must go. The future development of the Negev cannot be left in the hands of the Bedouin.
