After what happened in Lebanon , Gaza and most recently Egypt (where we fully withdrew with a peace accord and "strategic alliance") clearly shows that this strategy is suicide. No technology is effective as a defence when the enemy's raison d'etre is your destruction. And when another "Arab spring " comes around all the lefty idiots that praised Israel's withdrawal will side with the Islamists who will declare that the peace agreemnent wasn't fair because the "people" werent consulted (as they are saying with egypt)...what is israel going to do? Right as we speak the Egyptian gas pipeline was blown up for the hundreth time because the egyptian "people" don't think israel giving up all the territory in dispute in exchange for nothing was "fair". So being rational people they blow up their own gas pipeline instead of selling to the Yahuds at "unfair prices. with that logic theres nothing to talk about. Good thing we didn't give up the Golan to peace loving Assad as the left was requesting.
