    Like in many countries You can find anti-israelism (and someties antisemitism) in Germany. But by reading some commentators here (they must be very "driven" like geoff) it sounds like the whole population is undermind by it. And thats DEFINITLY not true ! There was a very factual based discussion about the museum. And Mr. Schuette didnt really made it easy for others to keep cool. As I know, there is a democracy in Germany and in Cologne, and so things must be discussed, and there are many discussions, not only about the jewish museum. What geoff and You are writing about it is intentionally: If some leader persons are saying: "We are doing it like this", we all have to follow blindly. THIS is NO democracy. And calling everybody "anti-semitic" who is discussing alternatives (!) for an archeologial zone or museum is very bad !
