First of all, it would solve some unemployment which ALWAYS results in less fundamentalism. Secondly, instruments of death and destruction? What exactly does this scanner do, do you think? What was it built for in the first place? It's a public secret that Israel's policy is to slowly squeeze the Palestinians to death, inevitably leading to even more hatred and revolt. No export means no business. And that's exactly what Israel want, why deny it? Hamas would do just about anything to get attention. But believe me, the majority of Palestinians just wants peace and a decent life - not because they are Palestinians but because they are PEOPLE. Human beings. Hamas would be nothing if it wasn't for Israel's disastrous and aggressive policies. Then again, I would think Israel has enough on her hands with high unemployment, immigration, an ever growing orthodox community versus modern Israel, a failing economy.... You should be ashamed even of the fact that the Netherlands have to give Israel this kind of expensive scanner as a gift - it's not like Israel is a third world country, is it?

Netanyahu climbing out of the Rahav, the 5th submarine in the Israel Navy's fleet

Netanyahu trades Israel's democracy for a shtetl with German submarines
