And what possible good will come from a court ruling on the matter in a country ruled by a fascist government who itself is enacting laws of a similar ilk and providing an environment that is conducive to racism? Even in the unlikely instance of the court finding in their favor, what court ruling in similar instances - even by the High Court - hasn't been circumvented by laws passed in the knesset? One need only apply the same logic being applied for other exclusion bills being passed - like the one for small communities. So let's see now, "don't rent to Arabs", don't rent from Arabs", "don't buy from Arabs", "don't sell to Arabs", "don't hire Arabs", "don't work for Arabs", "don't work with Arabs", "don't consort with Arabs", et al...and of course the call for neighbors - and society in general - to ostracize anyone who does! Sounds a bit familiar, doesn't it? Oh it doesn't? Just replace the word Arab with "Jew". NOW does it sound familiar?

Netanyahu climbing out of the Rahav, the 5th submarine in the Israel Navy's fleet

Netanyahu trades Israel's democracy for a shtetl with German submarines

Tossing Arab MKs out of Knesset was a new low in Netanyahu's assault on democracy, but de facto, Israel is already an ex-'Jewish democratic' state.
