"The Palestinian president decided he will not enter into those negotiations now ... the Palestinian side is not ready to negotiate under the present circumstances," Hmmmmm. The USA has already said that they will point the finger of blame at anyone who obstructs the peace negotiations. And the USA has also ALREADY condemned the Israeli govt for its construction announcement. I would suggest that really leaves the USA with no alternative but to point the finger of blame for the collapse of these talks on..... Israel. After all, it's pretty hard to publically condemn an Israeli announcement and THEN point the finger of blame at Abbas and say "but it's all his fault". A year of hard work by Mitchell, and all undone in a few minutes by Yishai. Way To Go, Shas!!!!!
