Ask ANY country in the world. Israel defined it's borders in their may 1948 letter to the UN. The borders Identified in that letter are Israels legal borders. The ONLY thing that can change the borders is agreement with the Occupied. Which of course is why everyone keeps saying the borders for a Pal state have to be "negotiated" Without Pal agreement Israels LEGAL borders are those of 1948. Under International law Israel may NOT transfer their population to land in the occupied area. Since Israel has done this they are in violation of the law. The pals should demand Israel come into compliance and return to 1948 borders. Facts on the ground mean nothing since NO ONE should be rewarded for knowingly breaking the law. If Israel can ignore the law so can every other country.
