and both PM Ehud Olmert and President Abbas negotiated in 2008 with outmost sincerity in comparison to any other peace discussions. So far, these two leaders have held the best understandings in the requirements for an agreement and respect for both peoples. These parameters revealed on the core issues were always on the agenda as they are quite similar to the Geneva Accord proposal. This is the reason President Abbas continually declared that only a few months would be needed to reach a final agreement. The accuracy of each detail is irrelevant at this juncture but the indication is that there are possibilities to resolve the conflict. But first, the Israeli electorate must support both Labour and Kadima for this reality to come about.
