In the first place, Turkey has declared that it has no responsibility or authority or CONTROL over IHH and its flotillas. Second, The UN has determined that Israel's blockade of warmongering Gaza is 100% legal, and therefore, the blockade-crashing flotillas are illegal. Third, the IHH has been declared an illegal terrorist organization in its home base of Germany. Forth, maritime law makes it very difficult to pursue "excessive force" litigation on the high seas. And lastly, the obvious and well-documented contributory actions of the IHH thugs maked any damage award heavily reduced, if not obliterated. Bibi is being poorly advised by a guy who has no idea what he is talking about. "Excessive force"?? What, because the UN says so? Nearly 100% of lawful police killings of crime suspects in the USA involve multiple gunshot wounds - and excessive force lawsuit awards in such cases are virtually non-existant when the perpetrator has acted violently toward the police. Oh sure, they try. But don't succeed. Weinstein should go back to handling bankrupcies and divorces, or whatever it was he did before weaseling his way into the AG job. He knows nothing about int'l law.
