This does sound a bit like media rants in the USA. Often it comes from the very same who criticize the military's tactics i.e. to many civillian casualties, to many military casualties, to much spent on hardware....not enough spent on hardware.... The rants change, the suspects stay the same. The IDF has a difficult job, operating in the area of the enemy. This reminds me of American forces in Iraq, and our own media's navel-contimplations regarding all that is wrong. Some teach, some talk, some complain, some DO.
