    They will just build more illegal villages say they own them and see if they can get the government to compensate them. There is also the fact that in most cases we will move the bedouin but then they will later on comeback and build again because they like it there. It is true the current situation cannot continue because the Negev belongs to the state to be used by the state for whatever purposes it chooses its not bedouin owned land. Forcibly relocate them if thats the only way to do it, compensate them in non financial ways which are less open to abuse. The Negev though must be reclaimed.
