well, sounds not logical to me, because a state may not give in to terror if it wants to survive! And Stern ignores an important fact, the fact that the majority is FED UP with paying the haredim for getting NOTHING in return. It could not only give rioting haredim when a fair new law is established, it could give easily masses of rioting non haredim too, because the majority feels its time to end the statewide practiced injustice in favoring the haredim over all others. So, if somebody wants to water down Plesners suggestions, beware, water it down to much and the needed bridge between haredim and other Israelis will get burned down by the majority. Simpile, hm?!
