Iran did sign the NPT which banned them from having nukes but they are developing them anyway along with the missiles to deliver them Israel chose not to sign the NPT making its nuclear program LEGAL, it has never threatened to use those weapons & the arabs are not even worried about Israel having the things because they understand the rules of the game .. dont try destroy Israel and Israel will never have need to destroy them. Israels nukes have helped keep the peace Iran is threatening to wipe Israel off the map, it wants to bully the Giulf states. Be the regional superpower and a global power possibly even try and bully the west into supporting them politically. The only thing thats going to give them that power are nuclear weapons Since Obama took power every arab country have been acting in an oportunist way because they know Obama hates Israel & loves muslims so they try their luck & now Iran is trying the same & trying to divert attention from its own ILLEGAL nuclear program
