Olmert might agree. But then Barak might ignore him or not or the bureaucrats would probably pretend not to hear or the Yesha Council would open 5 more outposts to demonstrate that the government is powerless. Better to spend the effort trying to get the US to get the Israeli government to agree among itself on something concrete.
