Its quite fascinating to constantly read all the hate on this site, an Israeli newspaper. There are those that would have us believe that Israel was defeated by Hezbollah in the last war. While it may be true that Israel did not achieve all of the objectives, the main reason is that Israel is withheld from playing by the same rules as her enemies, which are no rules. Despite the outcries of the masses on these talkback pages about Israel's use of disproportionate force, Israel would not have the need to use that force if her enemies would simply let her live in peace. Despite the claim of some on here regarding Israel's desire to conquer her neighbors, most intelligent individuals know this is simply untrue. Her Arab neighbors have never accepted her right to exist, and after repeated attempts to erase her have failed, should just accept her, and focus on bettering the lives of their own citizens. For Israel to successfully erase the sociopaths that seek her destruction, she will need to remove that shackles that tie her hands, and be allowed to finish the job properly. For this reason alone, her enemies know she cannot successfully finish them off. May we pray that the day comes when the Arabs decide to love their children more than they hate Israel. Then, and only then, will the prophecy come true, and nations can turn their swords in to plowshares, and true peace can be achieved. Salaam, and may peace be upon us all!
