    Firing lots of rockets into another country into another country is an act of war. Hamas made war, it got war. Disproportionate? Well, the rockets more or less stopped. Are you saying that less force would have accomplished the same goal? Probably not. Your saying that when Hamas shoots rockets, you'll go tsk, tsk and if someone dies, you'll say what a shame, but if Israel responds with force, you will call it disproportionate. Mass destruction unnecessary? In a war, you can't carefully gather information; you must react or you will be killed. Do you know that any destruction was unnessary from that perspective? Of course not. But then again, you don't much care, do you? Blockade of Gaza like prison? You mean individuals locked in cells in a building? Of course not. You use poetic license and then you believe it at face value because that's easier than dealing with facts. No one should criticize Israel? I'm a two state solution guy on the left. I don't like settlers, the religious right, and the present Israeli government. Many of the JStreet people are my kind of folks. But that doesn't mean I'm going to tolerate a put up job from the Israel can do not right crowd that masquerades as human rights.
