The writer is confused. Arab hatred of Jews has been a constant prior to 1948 when during the critical 1930s Arab governments conviced the Mandate British to adopt a policy favoring Arabs by denying European Jews to re-settle in Palestine. That hatred continued up to 1948 with acts of war and the three "Nos" - no to peace no to recognition no to negotiaitons and terrorism. It continues today with hatred of Israel and Jews in all facets of Arab media -including cassical European anti-semitism. To even pose the question of who wants peace is absurd. It is obvious who wants war and who wants peace from both a simple or detailed reading of history. Peace was always an Israel quest. Eradication was always an ARab one.
