You can't call Israel a Jewish Democracy when: 1. 25% of your population are not Jews 2. Over 20% of your population are Arabs 3. You are occupying over 4 million Arabs in the West Bank, Gaza (yes you are still occupying Gaza!) and East Jerusalem 4. You have not settled the claims of 4 million overseas Palestinian refugees. So none of us in the West will see Israel as a Democracy until you define your borders, end the occupation ,give full civil rights to the Arabs who wind up living in Israel and settle up with the victims of the Nakba. Rabin have tried to tell you. But you did not listen. Boycotts, divestment and sanctions may be the best thing that ever happened to Israel. BDS saved South Africa from a bloody civil war. Hopefully we can accomplish the same thing in Israel/Palestine. I hope Israeli Jews wake up and secularize the state. The alternantive is a choice between Armegeddon or Masada. Good luck.
