The problem with this and the Lieberman idea is that neither meets the 'viable and contiguous' test, unless is also guarantees a 100% guarantee after land swap negotiations and an open border with Jordan for the West Bank with no Israeli presence. It would have to guarantee no Israeli presence when Palestinians or their trade moves from one part of Palestine to another. And it would have to have an implementation timetable that allows for zero Israeli unilateral slowdown. Ultimately, however, Netanyahu has the problem of bonafides. He has none and cannot be trusted. Not even Tony Blair trusts him. He is the "armor-plated bullshitter."
