I'm very excited about this. I just moved to Tel Aviv and being from Vietnam and San Francisco, I miss my soul foods. The few asian restaurants I have tried have all missed the delicate fragrance of traditional herbs, but that may because they are not available in Israel like taro leaves, fresh lemongrass, vietnamese coriander, rice paddy herb and banana blossoms. I hope this restaurant does Vietnamese food justice. I also hope you serve individual drip iced coffee with condensed milk.
