This piece of news shows the cowardly underpinnings of libearlism. Let me set the record straight. First, Iraq is neither a swampy quagmire nor a mistake. This is a false assersion on the part of the writer in order to plant this thought in the mind of the reader. Second, the US has shown 60 years of restraint in not using nuclear weapons. Restraint is often mistaken for weakness by liberals and despots. Nothing could be farther from the truth. It is a blunder of monumental proportion to mistake restraint for lack of resolve. Despots do so at their own peril.

IfNotNow doesn’t deserve the support of left-leaning American Jews

IfNotNow and its co-founder Simone Zimmerman challenge U.S. Jews to end the occupation. But they won't answer this basic question: Do you support a Jewish and democratic state in Israel, alongside a Palestinian state? And if not, why not?
