This author is somewhat confused and forgets that during the cold war, nuclear weapons were used to deter all out war. Bush is not and was never the first President to consider this weapon so let's not attempt to vilify Bush. Now the US could wait until it is hit with a nuclear weapon and then destroy the entire middle east and possible the rest of the world in one fell swoop. Or it could use an approach whereby enemies are eliminated first. It is my guess that no future administration will wait very long before striking back. As far as U.S. policy goes, let's cut the lies about how the U.S. has undermined the middle east population. What muslims have done, they have and continue to do to each other. They don't need the outside world to make their children orphans. They accomlish that feat all be themselves. But for someone like Reuven, the fault must lie with the U.S.
