Israel desperately needs US life support for survival. But Israel is not a special friend anymore, not to Obama administration for sure. If Israel policy (occupation of West Bank and East Jerusalem) is not in US interests, as Nataly Durson correctly noted, then US should use all her available leverage to correct those policies. More to come: US threatened abstain first time since Carter's ambassador Young incident, from UN vote giving opprobrium to Israel. In one word, Obama means business, and I don't see Israel's chance to withstand this righteous pressure to behave like a civilized nation. Iranians and Americans should negotiate their spheres of influence (Americans as much stronger party, should give Iran clear guidelines what not to do), and Israel should be precluded from attacking Iran. Of course,Israel right to exist in peace is given
