Apparently the US has been told that scuds were transferred. But no evidence of the transfer has been provided. And without evidence the US doesn't know where to point its all powerful satellites. We've been on scud hunts before. Re-tasking satellites is enormously expensive and uses tons of fuel. Fuel delivery to satellites is horrendously expensive and technically almost impossible. Most importantly, however, one party in the US Senate is trying to use this issue to prevent a resumption of full diplomatic ties and otherwise prevent the full function of the US government from resumption. It is part of a plan to make the US government a failure in all aspects.
