So the US Army Corps of Engineers conducts a feasanility study on helping Egypt build a wall to protect Israel from those nasty smugglers and the incompetant Egyptian guards who are too stupid to stop them.! Wow! Why doesn't Israel build her own wall? She has had enough practice at wall building to make Egypt and the USA Corps of Engineers look silly if they try it. hmmmm......... Ah! Of course! Next is for the Congress to shovel out the money to pay for it! I see now! And, oh yes, musn't forget the American contractors who will be paid for raising the price after a year or two of footdrgging at the work sites. The only real solution is for Israel to re-take the Sinai. This year she should claim all the land at least as far as the River Of Egypt. Next year, the Nile! Ho, hum.
