I find the arguments of the press association unconvincing. Whereas Mr Blau may have come across these documents "innocently", his act of retaining them, for an elongated period is indefensible & has nothing at all to do with the freedom of the press. If, it is the case that Mr Blau also used these documents as some sort of lever to avoid prosecution, then he may also be guilty of treason. Also there could be a degree of culpability here on the part of the Haaretz newspaper & I believe that the Attorney General should look at this also.
