Too bad. The latest update is that there is no formal recognition for Israel on the horizon of Hamas ideology, only a cease-fire. One step forward, two back. Hamas, the Palestinians, and their supporters must realize that no major concessions can be exchanged for a cease-fire; a cease-fire still permits, even encourages, the hope that Israel is ultimately temporary and can be dismantled. Certainly this position cannot support unilateral Israeli territorial concessions of any great extent. Again, too bad.
