Why should there be any law or court restricting the right of a free citizen to read the Torah wherever she wants to? This is nothing but blatant sexism cloaked in the guise of religion. The state has no place interfering in the rights of citizens to practice their religion as they see fit, not as a small sect of wingnuts decide how everyone else should practice.
