I have observed that language on the subject from the Palestinian side has softened to accept something less strict than UNGA 194. Yet the fate of the Palestinian Diaspora remains an issue that must be fairly resolved. IMHO, it will come down to a return to the State of Palestine (in the Jordan Valley) with compensation but Israel will have to accept the liberation of al-Quds. Of course this is academic and wishful thinking as long as the Haniyeh government continues to serve Mesha'al instead of the street that mandated it.
