The Haredi society was the least able among the Jewish groups to cope with the Holocaust, and suffered the most damage. Haredi Rabbis mostly did not believe in Zionism and in redemption by Jews' own actions, so few made Aliyah and then went like sheep to the slaughter. As a result, the survivor Haredim are few and therefore more isolated than other survivors, and have even less to be proud of. Very sad.
