Nor the Christians for that matter. Not sure if it's ignorance, indifference, ineptitude or malice, but those that supports. Not accusing you or christian leaders, but many that claim to care about Palestinian human rights don't shed a tear for anyone that isn't Palestinian, which makes their sincerity questionable and shows their true motives. I'm still wondering when those that support the Palestinian cause at the expense of Jewish human rights will also shriek at the Iranian Regime for oppressing minorities and women (let alone for being a theocracy), to Syria for shelling its own civilians, China for not respecting Tibetan human rights (or their own for that matter), North Korea, all the arab regimes which, if not dictatorial, support Mob rule, and the countless african regimes which have been engaged in Genocide. Even so called "moderate" Turkey has a lot of crimes to pay for that have been unanswered, against the greek, against the armenians, and many others. Russia still has to answer for their crimes against chechnians... All these abusers have a much worse Human Rights record than Israel which is why they should be a priority in terms of Human Rights BEFORE anyone complains against Israel alone. Israel has extended its hand of peace to the palestinians several times and they are never satisfied. Israel froze the activities of their own people for 10 months waiting for Abbas to sit down and he failed. Israel compromised, Abbas didn't. If Abbas had chosen to talk with Israel, these "Abuses" wouldn't be taking place. Israel is not America where Airport Checkpoints are a joke... Israel has stopped suicide bombers and other kinds of murderers several times at the Checkpoints. So these "abuses" are necessary as long as Abbas doesn't sit down to negotiate already.
