The only true issue with Israel is the one of racism. Israel trying to be a 'Bastion for the West' in the ME, as Mr Peres put it, is the root of all these evils. Palestinians want to understand why Israel is so ready to forgive Europe, after what it has done to the Jews, and obsess over Arab issues, to the point of total impass. Only racism can explain it. Mr Katsav's trial is a blatant proof of that. A president put on trial with no proof, and who cannot bring witnesses for his defence, makes you see plainly that Justice is a joke in that country claiming to the world they are a democracy. From this simple incident, we see that Israel cannot be trusted when they speak about the treatment of Palestinians. Their system is racist by design. So playing the 'racism card' as you put it cynically, is what will get you in Israel to be within reasonable thinking. On the other hand, your comment smells of racism too. I think it may take you a lifetime of thinking to understand what is plain to see for Palestinians.
