When you use the term Palestinians, you are not making a clear distinction between the Arab citizens of Israel, who are given full rights and the right to vote, and the Arab residents of the West Bank and Gaza, aka Palestine. Many Arab citizens of Israel call themselves "Palestinians," but they are in fact living in Israel, not Palestine, and they are given far more rights than the Jews would be if they were living under Muslim rule. Arab women in Israel actually have more rights than they do anywhere in the Arab world. It doesn't matter how many Arabs are living in the occupied territory of Palestine, because ultimately they are not a part of Israel and do not vote as Israelis citizens. The only "Palestinians" who vote in Israel's elections are not living in the occupied territory of Palestine but in Israel itself.
