UN prosecutor should immediately ask Israel as well as Hezbollah what intelligence each has of Israeli aerial surveillance of al-Hariri 1-2 days before his death. Otherwise, it shows the UN is not seriously investigating all substantial leads and possible assassins but rather is demanding iron-clad proof before it investigates substantial claims, including one showing Israel tracked al-Hariri's movement right before his death. Moreover, Israel's surveillance video footage and other surveillance information, might, if turned over by Israel, reveal evidence implicating the identites of the actual assassins.
