    Swanning around in Luxury cars, high priced lunches in 5 star hotels, using their UN credentials to get stuff for free. I know, I run a small travel agency & 2 senior crooks tried a number on me. Didn't do so well though - not much going on downstairs with these 2 French pea Hearts & they don't come in any more since in installed CCTV. Up there, out of touch & milking the poor Vietnamese for all they can. A detestable bunch.
