    Sorry, Umnik. Let's take your theory to the extreme and propose to do away with US gun laws. Will a gun in every home solve or expand the problem? Will a gun in the pocket of every kid solve it? I DON'T THINK SO! The problem in the US is in their (my ex) society, they don't have a clue as to how sick they are. Guns are carried all over Israel. That's not a problem here (yet). Until US society invests more in education than in prisons, promotes acceptance for the "other" (whoever that is in any given place or time), takes responsibility for all its citizens, and takes its place in the world as just another country, these insane acts by otherwise sane individuals will continue.
