In the Declaration of Independence [DI], Jerusalem was not mentioned as the capital or being in the territorial borders of Israel, as per the UNGA181 Partition plan, which is enshrined in the DI. The sovereign territorial borders of Israel, as recognised and enshrined are those of '48 NOT INCLUDING JERUSALEM. Get over it. No matter how much you repeat it to yourself or anyone else, TA is still, and will continue to the capital of Israel. Jerusalem will be internationalised.
