"Funny how you feel that boycotting Israeli academics will deter the Israeli government from continuing its land annexation policies, when many of the academics here are those who oppose those policies. But for people like you, university professors at the U of Haifa, or Ben Gurion, or the Hebrew U, or Ariel College are all tarred with the same brush. " (tzfonit) I wish I could believe that one more little boycott would produce the intended result - which according to your own post #8 re mixed messages - we agree on heartily. However, though the intended result is the same, you seem to believe that it's going to just happen on its own, and that the credentialing of this university on stolen land, shoeing of Palestinian farmers out of jordan valley, or money laundering for settlements as Eldar mentions - are just unfortunate incidents that can be corrected. I see it as part of a deliberate gov't pattern and I expect professors everywhere in Israel to speak out against these policies
