    If as you request, Israel stopped "collecting" taxes on behalf of the PA, then guess what...you guessed it..the PA would do since Israel only "collects" the tax that rightfully belongs to the PA; and you probably meant "selling" electricity to the Pals right? As per the Pals workers, Israel would lose as no one would do the job and construction in the ilegally built settlements would stop or at least slow down, or do you really think hiring of these workers is done as a favor? I am sure you are smarter than that Boruch. As per transport...hummm, just think about it real hard for a moment...if the Pals had the ability to deny Israel transport access in the WB and Gaza, would there be hundreds of these ilegal settlements laying around??
