It sounds encouraging. But two things: 1. Is there actually enough time for Center-Left parties to overtake Center-Right parties? I am assuming that Israelis have, like recent American elections, done the polling scientifically and accurately. 2. Even if the Center-Left wins, how is a coalition of EIGHT PARTIES even governable? I other democracies, it is already hard enough to hold coalitions with, say, three parties. Eight parties is just going to be impossible. According to the chart, it looks like 12 parties will have seats. I guess the adage is true: Jews really have too many points of view.
