    The 1st Amendment does NOT protect hate speech any more than it protects yelling "Fire" in a crowded theater. US courts have repeatedly ruled that electronic media companies must obey the laws in foreigh countries where they operate, such as revealing internet records of those who commit financial crimes. French citizens in France do not acquire US constitution protection while using US-based electronic media, and no US court ever ruled that they do.
