If Bush doesn`t give the Israelis some real and rapid progress, in which the Arabs make some real and rapid concessions, then there will be the devil to pay. If the result of Annapolis is more Arab promises based on a number of "qualifiers" which must be attained, in advance, by Israel alone, then we will see a colossal failure, especially as the PA will consider itself the judge of Israeli progress. How does that sound?
