Nataliie, look past your prejudices. Israel gave up Gaza & they got 9,000 rockets back. They left he south of Lebanon & got Hizbullah & Iran on their north. Warned the flotilla against Gaza landing, got a bunch of paid hoodlums, intent on doing physical harm to the Israeli soldiers. Israel has been attacked time after time, if it was up to me I would have given nothing back and annexed it all. They were the ones who were invaded after all. This has been done throughout history by the victors of nations who have been invaded, yet triumphed. Yet the tiny Country of Israel has been viewed in a different light, it is supposed to exist without safe borders and consistently shot at, without retaliation and no matter the retaliation, it is always "Out of Proportion" when viewed by the rest of the world! Turkey was, until Erdogan, a democratic country, ruled by the same constitution as Switzerland. It is being swept up by the Moslem storm, affecting the world. If you believe in democracy, you should give thanks there is a strong little country there to promote freedom, in an ugly governed area of the world. There will no stoning to death of innocent women, if israelis have there way.
