What nation did Israel invade? The answer is not Palestine because it was never and still is not a nation. Israel invaded Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon and Syria. It did so because these countries had attacked her. Nations are entitled to fight back and entitled & advised, if possible, to bring the battle onto the soil of the aggressors. When this happened with Jordan, the Jordanians abandoned the lands in the WB. In international law when lands are abandoned they are available for the 1st takers. In any event, those lands were historically lands of the Jewish people & Jerusalem was a Jewish city built by the Jewish king, David. Jews were occupied & dispersed and treated brutally in their disbursement, not the least of which by Arab countries. The Arab presence was based on the sword, in short occupation. It is totally legitimate for Jews to return to their lands. They are the first Peoples in the area & never left voluntarily. There was no problem with Pals living there in PEACE!
