Whether its Egypt or Jordan, Israel will find that its diplomatic efforts have been undermined through, shall we say, a forlorn and unworldly foreign policy emanating from todays Washington. Now its Turkey, another Muslim country that has had excellent relations with Israel in the past. Something is up. Again, one must surmise that all the above countries have concluded that a change in the wind direction has been compounded by a dramatic drop in temperature currently blowing from the Obama Administration vis a vis Israel. Obviously they are wrong. Israel most certainly has changed direction, away from the Olmert distraction into a far more pragmatic approach. Let us remember that the past government only made promises then lead Israel into two wars, mainly through political weakness. Good day from chilly Swiss Alps.
