Reply to Adam. This Man was appointed by the government of Israel. They must have faith in his ability on knowleage of law.Why does he now feel Israel might have a case to answer too. Soldiers on duty must conform to law, have we not learn't from the second world war. No soldier can claim "I was only obeying Orders". If the families of the unarmed humanitarian aid workers think they have a case they should proceed to bring charges against IDF personnel.
